History
The Mulberry Trust was registered on 21 November 1991. It was set up as a family charitable trust with very flexible Objects so as to give the Trustees maximum opportunities in the way that the Charity's funds are distributed. The name came from the Mulberry tree which, with time, will grow and bear fruit. The area of benefit is generally the County of Buckinghamshire and more particularly the Vale of Aylesbury. The Trustees can exceptionally, at their sole discretion, choose areas outside of those confines.

Objects
To apply the income and all or such parts of the capital for or towards such charitable purposes and to make donations to such charitable institution or institutions at such time or times and in such manner as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.

Restrictions
Only applications from referral agencies; such as Social Services, Health Centres, CAB, other charities etc. can be considered by the Trustees. The Trustees are unable to consider personal applications.
